Property Booking
Clos de Verger sleeps 6 on a 3 bed rental but can house 10 people comfortably on a 5 bedroom rental. All rentals are sole occupancy for the whole house.

Arrival/Deparature
- Check In Time: 4.30pm
- Check Out Time: 10am
Payment Method

Payment via Paypal or Bank Transfer

We request 50% of the rental fee as a deposit to secure your holiday.

The remaining 50% of the rental fee and damage deposit are required no later than one month before the start of your holiday
Property Cancellation

Cancellation Charges

If cancellation occurs 8 weeks or more prior to arrival then we will refund your monies in full.

For cancellations between 8 weeks and 2 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of your monies will be refunded

Any bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival - no monies will be refunded

This applies only to the rental fees and not to any damage deposit paid. All damage deposits will be returned in full

We are aware that exceptional circumstances occur and if you find yourself in a difficult situation, please contact us.
Property Damages

Damage Deposit: £700

We are mindful to return this as soon as possible after rental is complete and our house is left in a good condition. We look to do so within 10 working days at the latest
